Today we took took notes on the Female Reproductive Cycle and the hormones involved. My PowerPoint and handout is attached below. For h.w. you need to answer the analysis questions from the Menstrual Cycles Graph that you made on Tuesday (handout attached there). These do NOT need to be typed. Just answer them on the w.s. using complete sentences. Also make sure to use the diagrams on the handout you picked up in class, also attached below. These will be very helpful to you!

Today we took the quiz on Reproductive Strategies and the Female and Male Reproductive Anatomy. Then students completed a graph on the four hormones involved in the Female reproductive Cycle. You only h.w. is to finish the graph. Please make sure that you graph includes all the elements of a great graph! That handout is attached below.
Identify the location and function of endocrine glands (e.g. pituitary gland, hypothalamus) and explain how negative and positive feedback are used to regulate hormone levels.
Today we went over the Female and Male Reproductive Anatomy. Then we began the Endocrine System. We watched a Brain Pop on the Endocrine System and Hormones and then took notes. My PowerPoint is attached below. The only h.w. is to study for Tuesday Quiz. It will cover Reproductive Strategies (check out PowerPoint from 2.14) and the Female and Male Reproductive Anatomy (check out PowerPoint from 2.15).
